I have my face in a bowlful of cherries (my favorites), and dinner was chicken piccata and garlic spinach (also among my favorites).

Had fondue last night. Love fondue, too.

I'm a huge fan of Gordon Ramsay.
Half of what he bludgeons into those fortunate enough to work with him, is the art of preparation and presentation.

I've served a few so-so dishes in my life but often, the visual appeal compensated and turned ordinary into remarkable.
