I've never had dried kiwi. I'm curious and will have to look for some. I love dried fruit.

Definitely a food taste--you need to find some in your local market Kay! I think you'd like it! Also like dried white peaches--those are great also!

For lunch: Some kind of unexpected cross-cultural combo of a sort of tom yung gai and pasta.

Tom yung gai is a chicken hot and sour soup, Thai style:

Tom yum - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

That sounds really good now we though it's 1:34 am!

I like dried white peaches, too. My fav dried fruits so far come from Trader Joe's: flattened banana (I think they call it something funny like that) and dried mango covered in chili powder (makes my mouth water thinking about it).

The tom yung gai was good -- better than what I had for dinner. Tried a new restaurant -- one of those hip, trendy places with great atmosphere, which takes risks with food. It was interesting, and I might try it again, but no winner this time. At least my husband liked his dishes, and he's hard to please. (Though I didn't like the look of his squid-ink pasta, which seemed dry to me.)

In the UK, Holland and Barrett sell dried fruit, whole foods etc.

And how's the exercise regime doing? :)

Very slow. Since I have Spina Bifida, exercise is difficult even though I am able to walk unassisted unlike most who are, at worst, wheel-chair bound. The problem lies in my entire right side; hip, thigh and ankle. All are weak and suffer from being shorter than the left side.
