Yes, you only get a max of 5 helper coupons per day but you should get a thank you note for all of them you helped, so maybe 18 notes but only 5 coupons? I do think the person you helped has to click on the "send thank-you" first though. Maybe it is timing issues....like you help people right before the mail comes in and they were sleeping and didn't do the thanks right away...then they get lost because a new cycle has started? We could experiment...you could water someone's trees and they would NOT send out a thank you for a full day. Then we could see if you eventually got the thank you card or if it is lost....gosh I hope that all made sense.
