Dear chumleyboo, the package is delivered when we hit the global goal not when the event ends as I noticed. I recived my couple hours before the end...

I have friends that quit playing too, need to clean up. Wish they're come up with a way to "mark" the farms that haven't been attended for weeks/months

If you touch and hold their picture it turns red and has a little "x" in the corner. Tap the "x". The way I try to keep track is, for example, I don't see a shred of Xmas decor anywhere and all machines are idle and the animals all needing "harvesting" or feeding. But you're right - it's tough to keep track of idle people perfectly
