Ok thanks should I buy the dock right away or wait for the cake oven? I am level 18 right now with 12000 coins. When should I buy the dock?

I personally would repair the dock as soon as you can because the fishing area needs lots of expansions too, as you go along, and you start to need fish and fish items for the boats. For a while, I sold all my land expansion materials for cash, as I didn't need the room, and I did need the coin. I felt that worked well for me.

There are many much more experienced players here than me, however, so I'm sure some of them would be happy to give advice.

I would suggest the dock because you can start earning vouchers with boat orders and the more of those you have, the better.....especially if you are interested in buying some of the extras like dogs, cats, horses.....the boat orders are fairly easy to fill when you just start out. If it asks for something you don't have yet, you can just send it away empty with no penalties and you get a new boat in 4 hours. Eventually we'llhave another double-boat event where you get double coins for all boat orders and that would help you too.

I think this is great advice! I too would repair the dock and start fishing!

I would also repair the dock first, so that you can start earning vouchers from the boats.

I think you can manage quite well without the loom, as you can easily buy woollen goods in the paper, and they don't sell very well for full price.

I would definitely get the cake oven, however, as all cakes sell well for full price.

The fishing area is separate from the dock.

I want to connect my Facebook account to hayday. It works ok on the iPad but doesn't connect on my phone. All my settings on the phone are ok (same as iPad).

Have you tried a reset on your phone? Sometimes I find that helps if things aren't working the way they are supposed to. It's like giving your phone a swift kick in the butt
