How to transfer movies on iPad

I want some advises how to transfer movies from PC on iPad.

Airvideo will convert them to the iPad-compatible format and from there you can add via iTunes.

Craftypepper's method works well. If you have iTunes, you can simply drag your movie files into iTunes 'Movies' tab and connect your iPad via USB and sync your iPad. If you do not want all the media that your iTunes is storing then just individual sync your iTunes movies to the iPad.
