Have you noticed the difference of the iPad keyboard case posted in zagg.com and logitech site? Logitech design is nice and doest not carry the foldable plastic stand. It also positioned the power and connect button the opposite of the current model.

Very poor service in Australia
I decided to buy the Zaggmate for my iPad 1 after reading about it in this forum. Thanks so much for sharing all the information and your experiences.
Unfortunately, I went on the zagg website and up the top it says if you are an Australian customer, click here to go to invisibleshield.com.au for faster and cheaper shipping.
Bad idea!
It cost a lot more (A$150 when the A$ is worth more than the US$ at the moment so very very much more), but I thought ok, it must be because the shipping is so much cheaper and quicker and returns are easier.
So I ordered and paid on 24 May and it's 3 June and I STILL haven't received the zaggmate. I followed up on Wednesday and they said their servers went down so their emails didn't send but they are dispatching our zaggmate now. That is seriously poor form. And I don't understand how exactly their email servers going down affected the physical dispatch of a product we had bought online?? So we STILL haven't received it.
I am so disappointed because I have seen how good Zagg's customer service is online but unfortunately they are directing Australian customers to a dodgy operator who overcharges and doesn't deliver.
And I was so excited too. Now I am annoyed and feel a bit ripped off, to be honest.
Has anyone else from Australia tried to purchase the zaggmate? Can we buy direct from zagg when I eventually get my money back from their dodgy Australian dealer?

I hope you get it soon!!!I ordered the same time i Ordered a pink book style ,same time I ordered the zagg mAte and the zagg ate not here yet
I'm going to snap a picture Of them both but for now just the pink came,I hope zagg Rrives today.I'm traveling next week to fla for a week,with my four yr old and I'm buying movies movies for her to watch lol

I apologize on behalf of ZAGG in regards to your experience with our Australian Distributor. It seems that there is some confusion between ZAGG and our Australian Distributor and we will are looking further into this issue. Thanks Sharlee. Wow, impressed by Zagg's customer service so far. It's such a shame your Australian distributor has let you down. Fingers very crossed this gets sorted soon.
I had he Zagg case with built in keyboard for my IPad 2 and recently returned it to BestBuy. I liked it alot however it had a couple serious design flaws that I could not overcome. The corner edges of the aluminum case have sharp edges that could potentially scratch the face of an un protected IPad. Every time I closed the case the IPad has to be carefully (to avoid sharp edgeds)placed back into the key board part face down,this also leaves the back of the IPad unprotected. Still looking for the perfect case.

the zagg skin I bought,I thought it was for back of thef aluminum case,not the iPad....not that it really matters!!!It's been a week,I live in NJ,ia that the norm for shipping??It was a week this Saturday,,,,,today is Monday lol so ten days??I emailed them,paid via paypal but it's instant pp not one that takes days to transfer.Should've just used the cc ugh
