how can i change fonts with bytafont? and use the 5row keyboard? i have downloaded these but can't get them to work...

'Bytafont' has its own app where you change fonts. It should've installed when downloaded.

'5row keyboard' has to be activated through iPads 'Settings' in the 'General' section under 'Keyboards'.

But don't forget..

1) You must also install fonts from Cydia - Try "Lato", my favourite.
2) You must also enable 5-Row Keyboard by ticking the theme in Winterboard.

i have had success with bytafont, but haven't seen the lato font...

for the 5row keyboard, i will need step-by-step instructions (with pics, lol!), i really cannot get it to work... there's something about naming the keyboard but i can't save it, even after several tries. the pics would give you an idea on how far i've gone...

Do you actually have 5-Row Keyboard for iPad installed? That's the exact name of the Cydia tweak for our iPads.

From your pictures, I see you have something installed called iKeyEx - which, as far as I can tell - is an iPhone tweak (for iOS 3.x at that) and has nothing to do with 5-Row.

Once you get 5-Row Keyboard for iPad, then you can (1) activate it in Winterboard (will require a respring) and then (2) go to General > Keyboard > International Keyboards > ... to activate it.

Hope that helps alleviate some confusion.

P.S. Oh, and uninstall that iKeyEx. It's not needed...

i see that 5-row keyboard for ipad is a paid app... i have no means to do so except thru credit card, which isn't an option at cydia. i'm from the philippines, there's no means to get paypal here... sad...

oh, and how can i remove that ikey-ex thing? i don't remember how it got in there 

i got a paypal account, at last! the ban has been lifted in our country

my problem now is that the choice isn't reflected in keyboards... i already did the winterspring respring thing, lol...

what do i do now? 

If you click the key with the globe, next to the space key, at the keyboard, you don't get an option? As with Emoji? This was how I accessed 5row, when I had it installed.

You also have to add the keyboard, if I remember correctly...
