What is it?

I use something that LOOKS like that for my turtle aquarium. It attaches to the water spigot and adjusts at the blunt end, like what's in you image, for purposes of filling or vacuuming the tank.

No,it has nothing to do with anything you might possibly use in connection with your turtle aquarium. In fact,if you used this device in your aquarium you would likely kill your turtle.

Here's another photo.

Perhaps a can of bug spray? The image is of the nozzle?

Correct,Admiral. It's the nozzle from my can of Raid. Not something you would want anywhere near your turtle.

Is it one of your fishing lures?

Is it an igniter for gas appliances like a BBQ not equipped with electronic ignition?

It doesn't ignite anything but it will inform you.

A cable for an audio, video or data feed?

It can provide video and data feeds but these feeds originate from a great distance, too far to connect a cable to.

Are we looking at the feedhorn of your Satellite dish?

It's the feed horn of my neighbor's satellite dish.
