I use something that LOOKS like that for my turtle aquarium. It attaches to the water spigot and adjusts at the blunt end, like what's in you image, for purposes of filling or vacuuming the tank.

No,it has nothing to do with anything you might possibly use in connection with your turtle aquarium. In fact,if you used this device in your aquarium you would likely kill your turtle.

It can provide video and data feeds but these feeds originate from a great distance,too far to connect a cable to.
