This item has nothing to do with vehicular transportation. It does play a role in personal mobility. The "blue" and "red" indicator light bordering the universal power button icon, tells you something about the capabilities of the device.
This is when the device is in "blue" mode.
This is when it's in "red" mode.
And no, it's not a Cylon device.

The mode of transportation this device helps with, is self propulsion. Especially after a long day of sell propelling.
