I think you're close enough with the dippity do. It's a styling gel, but a lesser known brand that you might not know.

Ok, eyes have adjusted. The top is a screw on cap with a tamper lock.

I'm guessing it's a plastic juice/drink bottle. The kind you usually get for the kids? No idea what brand.
