Yes. You are right. I need a little more information, however AA. In what way is it to do with hearing? The logo is to be found inside public places, such as theatres, council chambers or churches.

International Symbol of Access for Hearing Loss, if I am correct, please open this challenge as I will be unable to post something new soon.
 
Wiki tells me it's the universal sign for "hearing induction loop" which signifies an area's public address system can connect with hearing aids.
