Actually yes way on pepper in coffee. There's a traditional Moroccan brew that infuses boiling water, ground coffee, pepper and cinnamon. Some people add ginger or nutmeg too.

So now, I'm going to guess ..... Nutmeg?

Some of the onion chunks looked yellower and denser than the others. I just assumed they were garlic. Wether I actually saw garlic would be hard to prove.

I'll have something up in a couple minutes. I need to take pictures.
