That's Greenwich Park and the Royal Observatory in London, UK.
That's correct. The photo was taken at the bottom of the hill in Greenwich Park looking up at the observatory. Here's a photo looking in the opposite direction.

The large lawn with scattered people is where the temporary arena for equestrian events at the 2012 Summer Olympics was built. They did a fine job returning the lawn to original condition.

The next challenge is yours.

It's the longest glacier in the Eastern Alps, and lies beneath Austria's highest mountain.
