Last year's Christmas game was probably the best of the bunch and it did give us numerous prizes. As Luke mentioned earlier, it's likely to be much the same this year as GI seem to be doing a 12 month recycle of their previous quests. They might surprise us all and do something special, but I tend to agree that GI seem to have all their efforts on their new games which presumably make them more money. Keep playing. Well, I went for a solo pad 1 launch yesterday, and I got the cheaters message 7-8 times. It said, "Time travelers and cheaters cant reach for the sky. If you think its an error, please contact support. " Do they want to say that they have a 'support team'?

Strange about your solo launch on pad 1. I checked throughout the day to see if anyone was launching and you never showed up.

Thanks Nutty, I think I will hang in there. I couldn't quit if I wanted to. And I have very high hopes for the Christmas quest, lol!

This forum is a great place to visit on a daily basis. Just when you think you're miserable you find someone who's in rather worse shape than you are. GI gets to all of us.

This does sound like the most awful situation. My earlier comments about Russian roulette now seems to have been rather too close to the truth. Maybe I'm psychic?
Maybe, more likely, this game is just a load of wotsit?
Don't be too despondent as the same happened to me earlier in the year and, for once, GI did come good and they sent me a code that fully restored my game. It did take about a week so don't despair if things go quiet for a while.

On a lighter note, I put a ticket into GI at the weekend to tell them of all the problems that I had after the last but one update. Today, a day after the new update (that seems to have sorted all the problems that I complained about), I received an e-mail from GI Sarah, who simply asked me to advise what issue my game was at!
I haven't bothered to respond but I know that she will ask the question repeatedly until I do respond so she can close the ticket as being successfully solved. I'll then get another e-mail to ask me my opinion on GI's customer service.
Are we daft or is it them?

It's good playing this game...isn't it?

You are showing as being "away" on my iPhone game, don't know about the iPad game as GI have worked their magic on that one.
