I've had enough with GI. This going in (everybody back me up with similar comments to tech support):

"I upgraded versions yesterday on username LtCol Rehab on an iPad3, IOS v7.0.4, and my population skyrocketed from 462/1260 to 1884/1400!!! Please fix this bug. Don't spin a story like you all did with the Android players, telling them it was an intentional new feature, either. WHY WOULD YOU PUNISH PLAYERS FOR SPENDING MONEY WITH YOU TO BUILD OUT OUR CITIES!?!?!? I know several hundred players who have constant technical problems with this game in EVERY update, and we will all stop playing and write bad reviews if you don't fix this immediately. Screen shot of my city below."

LtCol Rehab (may show as "username") - need Long Distance (LD) flight items like spare props, osc beacons, fuel hoses, deicers. LtColRehab2 - need LD flight items, thanks all!

did snybody get the chests with 5 collectibles for being in the 100 challenge this week ? I was in a good place for 2 and should have got 2 chests, but got nothing and now if I look on the list of last week there is nothing

Unfortunately not WG. But I got four lanterns from JAL pilot today plus two lots of red paint from at least two other neighbours. In fact a lot of my stuff arrived in multiples over the past couple of days. If anything does appear I'll let you know but I think the problem is more likely to be my end as I'm still slowly being shut down.

I'm doubly hacked off as I'd got a first place for Vegas but nothing. At least it's a general fault and not a restriction for time travelling.

I had a first place for Malta and a third for Goa and got nothing.
I've sent a ticket into GI.

I got a Kindle Fire (not HD) for Christmas and thought I would install AC. Downloaded it from Amazon, problem is it seems to be an old version, it still has orange cottages and no snow. My friend code amjnmdp1 doesn't seem to work, at least not on my iPad, anyone have any suggestions?

The bad news is that I can't now visit abs - he's apparently been away for too long!

Abs actually IS away, with limited access to wifi for a couple more days.

These stupid people at GI never cease to amaze me.
They have asked for a screenshot of my world map to show them my achieved flights to Goa last week.
Since the update, if I try to look at last week's screen, it just shows a blank.
Hence, I have no evidence and they will undoubtedly once again wriggle out of giving me my deserved reward. I'll probably be caused of being a cheat whilst they are in contact with me.

Does anyone have a screenshot of last week's world map which shows my first place to Goa? I guess this might be possible if someone hasn't yet updated.

I would be very pleased to be able to continue this battle with GI.
