These stupid people at GI never cease to amaze me. They have asked for a screenshot of my world map to show them my achieved flights to Goa last week. Since the update, if I try to look at last week's screen, it just shows a blank. Hence, I have no evidence and they will undoubtedly once again wriggle out of giving me my deserved reward. I'll probably be caused of being a cheat whilst they are in contact with me. Does anyone have a screenshot of last week's world map which shows my first place to Goa? I guess this might be possible if someone hasn't yet updated. I would be very pleased to be able to continue this battle with GI. Cheers, Nutty

I was about 40th on Cyprus and at least that for North Observatory, but have little to no hope of thwarting GI's incompetence and actually collecting my two collection sets. If anyone can see last week's results this week, or has success with GI "customer service" please let us know.

Long distance items please. My sons Airport is called "Rigby's city" He can't gift anymore as he's been unfairly penalised.

...and even better - GI sent me the stock response about the population - "the mayor did a recount and it's a permanent new feature" crap.

I'm going back with "why would you punish your most prolific, paying players" and "why don't you encourage us by adding more land instead of restricting growth by population" and threatening to stop playing over these type of stupid game play changes. Any other bright ideas?

Tell them we would like a way of receiving airport greenies like Android users. I was told they weren't allowed to use a code but there has to be other ways. Increase the level from 40 to 50 or even higher with a greenie or more each level. I have already had a go around in regards to this but nothing yet with their updates. I also told them yesterday maybe they want us all to quit the game so they can spend more time supporting their other games. Haven't heard back yet.....ggg

well... I had all items to finish christmas quest ready, but I wanted to continue flying with the hope to finish some of the winter buildings. my kids picked the iPad, opened the game and completed the collection.... so I cannot fly the sleight anymore, I have an uncompleted igloo and ice something, I lost the chance to get the ice sculpture, and I cannot gift lanterns anymore...

I suggest a password lock on your iPad.

Has anyone noticed that there is a place for entering a special code in the events section of the GI menu? Who knows what its utility is?
