Happy 2014 my favorite forum. I have a dumb question. I sent a ticket to GI ad I haven't gotten a response. Here it is.... I earned my skating rink, houses etc for Santas bad day. The problem is I was told I needed to upgrade town hall. I can't figure out how to upgrade it. It's a level 7 and I do the upgrades to my building when it's time. It's it time.....HELP. Thanks y'all

According to GI your mayor did something head or tail of which i don't understand. Their exact response is posted some pages back, as usual.

Looks like Hardstone deleted the original posts. Both were one-liners, and you can see them at the top of my response because I quoted them.

Not trying to be an @$$ to Hardstone, I just didn't know who he/she was talking to, and didn't see the point of the posts without any context. I really did say "welcome to this forum" as the first point.

Hardstone, come back and play with us! We are bored and ticked off at GI for screwing up their own game (and therefore ours) IN EVERY UPDATE.

I am able to visit Red Dog from both iPhone and iPad, and I only upgraded on iPad. I suspect they resolved their server connectivity issue, and it may not be directly tied to this upgrade.

I have visited Jal Pilot and many others who've been either blocked or "awayed" by GI for months! Welcome back to the community all.

I seem to only get the away msg for people who are truly away at this point. If GI doesn't give us about 200-300 population with the level 8 town hall thing they keep saying is coming, then I might not ever upgrade my other device and I might decide to go away altogether. They're killing me!!!

Can the new ice building (quest reward) be placed even if your population is over the limit? I will complete the quest but need to know if I have to start deleting buildings in order to place it.

Yay! Now, I am able to visit Red Dog again. Just saw now. I was able to visit Jal yesterday also.

Once it's in your warehouse, you can see how many population it requires to build. There's no other way to tell in advance, unless someone who hasn't built it yet tells you, or they happen to remember from when they checked.
