finally got them today so all completed apart from the last quest got mail just need a stamp and that's me done lol

That's ridiculous but unfortunately not unheard of. Lots of us have been victims of the swift alien that mysteriously removes things from our airports. I would definitely send a ticket to GI! Most likely they will tell you it's your own fault but on occasion they fix things. Good luck

I decided to send a ticket to GI and will wait to see what they do. I don't expect much but I may be pleasantly surprised. I know....wishful thinking on my part.... Wabbitgirl

sure! can someone send 1 hh scanner, 1 numerator and 3 mail sorters (these seem scarce). Trying to get another post office to speed up getting final stars prior to closing quest. Finished quest in one game in less than two days and the other in about 5 days. Didn't land final guest planes yet to keep flights available to get all nine stars in both game accounts...SO EASILY AMUSED, I guess.

Did GI ever do anything for you when you had your upgrade disappear and revert back to the previous one?

GI is still working on down-graded town hall and "username" problems. I get a nice "bear with us" message about once a week.

Welcome to the world of Airport City! The same thing happened with my Town Hall. I sent in a ticket but it was marked closed before I even got a response from GI. Mind you, I was sending in quite a few tickets at the time so . . . I just collected the items and finished the building for the second time.

Well, if GI needs proof I really did have flight catering completed and had started flying to the new destinations, I just clicked on the stamp for Moscow and it shows I have flown there 5 times. I can't fly there now until I get the flight catering completed but I was happy I didn't lose out on the flights I had done.
I was checking another forum and someone on an Android device had the same problem but lost all parts to flight catering and Cosmic Fuel Station. This does not look good!!
