Cracked the ipad screen, got a free replacement from the apple store

this may be false or the person having some insurance to cover the damage .... i went today to apple store in Tampa, FL .... they are asking me $300 to replace with new ipad2 ... no other option ...


Please let us know if you found anything in form of legal document

Yes but of course now there is the free MacBook Air offer, I went to the Apple Store and bought a cardboard box for £1100, imagine my surprise and delight when I got it home and opened it and there was a MacBook Air inside.......way to go Apple!

I was in the Apple store in West Edmonton Mall yesterday, and a very nice little Apple person came up to me and asked if she could help. I said that she could help me by persuading my wife (standing next to me) that I needed an iPad 3. She said "It's not called an iPad 3. It's just an iPad." Like that helps!!!
