Hay Day Discussion and Game Help Thread (NO FRIEND REQUESTS)

Is their anyone else having a problem with their Hay Day connecting to Game Center?

Hi willie,

Yes, a few days back my game kept telling me I needed to sign into GC, but when I went to do so I was already signed in. I just closed down HD and GC, restarted my iPad and all was well :-)

Hope this helps..
Laura

For you dear barn raising people, please explain to our fellow Hay Dayers how to post a pic of their barn size. They might not know. :). Thanks!

Ok guys, whoever may not know how to take and post a screenshot of your barn upgrade screen.. here's what to do:

First, take the screenshot;
1) Open the Hay Day app
2) Open your barn and tap on "increase storage".. this is the screen you want a picture of.
3) While on said page, press the home and power button at the same time. You should hear the camera sound (if you have volume turned up)
4) Screenshot will automatically go into your camera roll

To post your screenshot here (using the app)

1) At the top right of the forum screen is an arrow, tap it and select "reply to thread" (pic 1)
2) On the blank reply screen select "advanced" (pic 2)
3) Then select "attach from photos" (pic 3)
4) Go into your camera roll and select your screenshot (pic 4)
5) Wait for your photo to upload, then hit the "new reply" arrow (pic 5)
6) Hit "send" at the top right

Hope this helps :-)

Well, just a thought. I think Hay Day discussions and barn raising on the same thread would be a bit of problem.

1. People who want to get the reward by posting the pic of their barn may find it difficult to trace the post which states the reward. Seeing the reward and then posting would be more productive than just posting the picture to get the reward. Like now, I dont require any TNTs, so I am not posting my pic because it will be a waste, since I dont have any stone groups to clear. Anyone who really needs to clear out land may need them.

2. It will be also easy for the one who hosts that session, to check out who posted the pic first, more easily without any long search if a new thread is made.

3. Any newcomers will find a brief introduction of barn raising and its examples in the first few pages of a new thread.

Keeping in mind all these facts, I will be making a new thread - Hay Day Barn Raising.

Hope you all agree with me. :)

Sadly, we didn't have time to express our opinions!

Sterling example of how to post "How To" instructions! And I didn't know about the New Reply option, hadn't even noticed it! Thank you missy! X Chumleyboo, level 72.

This makes me wish Laura had written the instructions that came with our FAX/copy/message center machine at work! :D
These instructions are so good, I want to cross-stitch them and make a sampler :)
