How does it work for the time in between when you can get new quests? Does it go up every level, or after so many trashes? I have one quest that won't come back until 20 minutes. I'm level 20. Also, is there a cap to when the time stops going up? I am also looking for 1 screw to upgrade my Silo. Also searching for a couple planks and duct tape. I have wood panels to trade.

Hello everyone, I have made a big mistake ,being the great wife that I am I have been giving Himself all my popcorn so he can get a dog to keep him company on his farm .oophs sold him chocolate popcorn 10 for 1 coin,problem is he cannot buy it(he is not mature enough for it) .
