Before starting a new neighborhood, I would advise you to post that you are going to start one, so that any neighborhood in fray can immediately request you to join there. That's ok, I never thought to look for setting on the iPad since I set everything up on my laptop, cuz that would have made sense.

Yes. Found out last night talking to hubby who played Clash of Clans. Which of course makes perfect sense
