I've gotten 4 or 5... Look in the water in the fishing area. It's pretty big (about the size of a lobster trap) and I seem to see one about once a day. If you click it, it gives you an object, similar to finding a mystery box, although the first time it gave me a nice decoration from the halloween collection.
