red bricks

hi everyone,

i have finished the game, but am still going back to get all the wizard hats and red bricks. the menu says that i'm missing red bricks from the level in the dursley's house and the level in the gringotts vault. if anyone can tell me where they are that would be great because i've been replaying them waaaay to many times.

any help much appreciated. thanks

There is no red brick in the Dursley's House or Gringotts Vaults. If you hit the map while you are playing it will tell you how many hats, wizard cards, red bricks are hidden in that area so maybe that will help?

Hi, I have two problems in the game.

2) I can't seem to find the second wizard card in the year 1 toilet troll level. Someone help please. Its driving me crazy replaying that level over and over again!

Don't know which card you have/don't have. Here's info for both the cards on that level...
1: In the first area, go to the lower area of the jumping area, and use a strong character to push in a switch, this makes a barrel that was floating on some gas fall down, hop across the pillars all the way to get the Wizard Card. Unlocks Arthur Weasley.

2: In the final area, after you beat the Troll. Zap the sink, and use Accio to drag out a platform. Hop on and Levitate & then hop over to a
platform, open the chest to get a Wizard Card. Unlocks The Grey Lady

About the revelio spell, when the spot light appears, you just need to "tap and wiggle" it, and a barrel will appear. Crack it open to get the object in it. That worked for me, no idea why it didn't for you.

Thanks. I was hoping that it was me, and not a glitch, but it looks like that is wishful thinking...

I deleted, re-installed and restarted the game. Got to the same place, and got the same glitch.
...then discovered that the ap support button in the App Store takes you to a site that requires flash.
*sigh*

Eh, I've got the same glitch. I've re-started the game twice, got to the same level and it yet again failed to register what I was doing. Have tried rubbing it multiple times. D:

I've completed the level on a friend's iPod, so I know it's not just me failing. :| HOW, HOW, HOW DID YOU GET PAST THE LEVEL? I AM SHAMELESSLY SAD THAT I CAN NOT COMPLETE THIS.

Edit: apparently disenabling the d-pad will get me past the Revelio level.

There is no red brick in the Dursley's House or Gringotts Vaults. If you hit the map while you are playing it will tell you how many hats, wizard cards, red bricks are hidden in that area so maybe that will help?

HELP!

Make sure you degnome all of them. There are 5, I think. Then Molly should have a star over her head. Go talk to her, and after "quest complete", go inside.

Hogsmeade Tunnel

hi all,

I'm stuck in year 3, in the level where youre trying to find a tunnel (first field in the level "hogsmeade village"). I cant seem to find my way out of the hogwarts entrance,I need a key. there are some moving beams coming out of the wall, but I have no clue how to get up there. Please help

Over on the right side of the hall, blow up everything possible. Then you should be able to create a ladder up to the first pedestal. Climb it and take a step on it. It will push a button and drop a rope from the ledge on the other side of the room to climb.

I've gone thru the tunnel but can't get further. I found the red and green tiles but can't do anything with them. Help out there?

Loving the game but can not get past the Polyjuice Potion level! I get the leaches on the outside of the river but how do you get in the middle of the river to get the rest! Please help anyone! Thanks

If you come close to the island from one side, i think it's the top side, there will be arrows for you to jump.

Has anyone gotten to the end of Chamber of Secrets?? I cannot for the life of me figure out how to kill the darn Basilisk!!!!

Its complicated and involves lots of jumping back and forth and casting stun spells at the basilisks tail (not its head, it worked for me). This causes him to slither back into the hole (both tail and head) and change positions to appear thru other holes so that he is no longer blocking some of the platforms u need to jump on to make it to the top. At the same time, u will see some snake/slytherin symbols appear in various holes and u need to select it. Its all timing/positioning. I cant say what the sequence is (cant remember and its complicated), but using the tips i mentioned should be a start until someone writes a walkthru. I had to repeat this part 5 times before i figured it out. Hope this helps.

The way I did it was to close the hole from which the basilisk is emerging with the stone lid. It crashes into it, then you jump down the platform, stun it as many times as you can and then jump back again to close the next hole. And you know from which hole the head is going to stick out, coz it shows you so. Hope that helps
