No, the shiny parts are chrome plated steel. It's not packaging and is about 77 years old.

Sorry, Admiral, but Richard provided the exact answer I was looking for.

The bellows are on my Super Nettel camera from 1936. Only 2,000 were made.

I have quite recently started to collect special edition coins as they turn up in my small change.

BTW, I may have mentioned this before, but Wilberforce and Pitt met under an oak tree overlooking a valley to agree how to go about abolishing the slave trade. The site of the oak is about 3 miles, as the crow flies, from where I live. One of my long runs or bike rides was out to the oak and back home.
