Food anyone?

Went to Red Lobster for my birthday dinner, had the crab linguine Alfredo and a Caesar salad. Just had ice cream cake from Dairy Queen to finish off the night.
 
No, I have never added that...but sure does sound interesting!! Do you add it at the end or while you are cooking it?

Your croissants sounds delicious--sometimes I like to make croissants with chocolate chips for a dessert. Love that!

I put about teaspoon of Dijon in the bowl right before starting to eat. Let me know how you like it. :)

That sounds like a great birthday dinner - even growing up next to the ocean I always like Red Lobster, and an ice cream cake... Mmmmm good ending!
 
My wife is treating me to dinner this evening at a renamed pasta bar near us.

We are celebrating my birthday early because I will be at a family history society meeting tomorrow. I will be delivering a short presentation as part of our members' stories event.

That sounds really good, Kaykaykay! Is it a white cake with coconut flakes on top? That's what i like the best!

Hi, Ski. It was white cake smothered in coconut all over. Numnumnum.

But that's a distant memory now, as were last night's beignets and cafe au lait. Thinking about repeating that for breakfast this morning as well!
